Beach Haven waterfront house on Broadkill Beach DE

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beachfront home located on the scenic Broadkill Beach in Delaware. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths with a full kitchen and a dining room with direct oceanviews. Lounge in the sunroom with panoramic views of the ocean and walk right over the dunes to the beach anytime. Primehook Refuge is a 5 minute drive, and a 15-20 min drive leads to Lewes beach, Cape Henlopen Park and Rehoboth boardwalk for restaurants and nightlife fun. The space New Trex deck was just added in 2026 with sweeping views of the beach and two sets of staircases (one of them leading directly to the beach walkway). There is an EV car charger for rental guests for free and also an outdoor shower with hot water at the bottom floor (car ports) The kitchen, dining room, living room, and sunroom are on the 1st main floor. There is a half bath by the main living area. The master suite with a queen bed and its own full bathroom with shower is also located on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and four twin beds (2 separate bunk beds). There is a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and double sinks. Lastly, the laundry room with washer and dryer is located next to the 2nd floor bathroom. Other things to note As is customary in Broadkill Beach, linens and towels are not provided. Feel free to bring your own sheets or call Sheets at the Beach at 362 0876 (area code 302) ahead of time to arrange linen service for a reasonable fee. The house rents weekly at the end of June, in July and August from Sat-Sat.
