Located central to Oxford (30 minutes away), Tupelo (25 minutes) and New Albany (20 minutes). This new apartment is furnished in vintage rock and 70's pieces with a cozy at-home feel. It's in a very quiet area set off a dirt road, surrounded by rolling hills. A quaint coffee/wine bar will make you feel welcomed upon arrival and refreshed before you leave. One small (40 lbs or less) well-behaved fur baby is welcome, keep your fur baby leashed and tidy up after them. The space This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment is the end unit in a triplex with a washer dryer, full kitchen, coffee maker, back porch with gas fire pit and patio chairs, smart TV with loaded streaming apps. There are 7 other units (a triplex and duplex) in the area with full time tenants. Guest access You are welcome to walk your fur baby around the property but please limit your other outdoor activities to the back porch attached to the unit. Other things to note Absolutely NO smoking. No parties, if you plan to have additional guests to visit, please let me know. If you forget something you can get Walmart delivery in 90 minutes or less!!!
