A place to regroup, recharge, and return to. This thoughtfully designed tiny house offers a comfortable, intentional retreat with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Set along land once carved for the famed Spruce Railroad, part of the historic line that carried timber and travelers across the northern Olympic Peninsula, the space blends quiet history with close access to the beach, lake, mountains, and forest for a calm, restorative stay. The space Basecamp 112 is a thoughtfully designed tiny home that makes the most of its compact footprint while offering everything you need for a comfortable stay on the Olympic Peninsula. The main level features approximately 250 square feet of living space, including a queen bed, full kitchen, dining area with seating for meals, and a private bathroom. The loft provides an additional sleeping space of 100 square feet and is accessed by an interior staircase. With a ceiling height of approximately 4 feet, the loft reflects standard tiny-house design and is intended primarily for sleeping rather than standing. Guests enter the home via three exterior steps leading to the front door. Inside, a staircase provides access to the loft. In addition to the tiny home, guests have access to a separate 400 square foot recreation building featuring a pool table, bar stools, a refrigerator, and ample counter space for gathering or planning the day’s adventures. While cozy by design, Basecamp 112 is carefully equipped with the comforts we value when traveling ourselves, creating a comfortable home base for exploring the Peninsula.
