The Ruby Lee Room at The Ball Ground House

Experience southern charm in our delightful boutique rental, perfect for heritage tourists and special occasions. The Ruby Lee Room is warm, quaint and full of character. This room is decorated with beautiful quilts and vintage touches that give it a nostalgic, handcrafted feel. Guests feel wrapped in comfort, creating a peaceful and coy retreat. It's the perfect choice for guests who appreciate charm, warmth and a touch of old-fashioned comfort. The space The Ball Ground House is located at the 4-way that leads into Downtown Ball Ground. It is a recently renovated early 1900's house. Downstairs, there is a beautiful modern kitchen, small dining area and living room for causal seating. Due to health regulations, the kitchen is not available for guests renting individual rooms. The house has 3 bedrooms that are rented out separately. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with its step in shower. All bedrooms are located upstairs. The house has a wrap around porch perfect for enjoying the day, people watching in town and viewing downtown activities such as The Christmas Parade. Guest access Guests will be sent a personalized door code for check-in after reservations are made. This code is for the front door and your room door. Our doors do not automatically lock so make sure to lock the doors behind you. During your stay We are normally available to greet our guests upon check-in. When we are not available or your arrival is after 6pm. we will send you self check-in information. If you prefer the self check-in option, then please let us know with a text or email. If you need us while you are staying with us, please feel free to contact us. Our info is located in the welcome packet you will receive upon check-in. Other things to note Although we love pets, our guest rooms are not pet-friendly. It is important to note that all of our rooms require the use of stairs to access. Our accommodations are designed for rest and relaxation therefore we do not have TVs in our guest rooms. We do however have high-speed internet, capable of handling any of your devices while staying with us.
