The space Welcome to Serenity in Paradise on 30A, a refined coastal retreat located south of 30A in the gated luxury community of Sandy Shores, ideally positioned between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Being south of 30A means you can walk directly to the beach without crossing 30A, a major advantage for families and anyone who values ease and safety. This home is a newly added property to our collection and is owner-managed by experienced hosts who have been successfully welcoming luxury vacation guests for over five years. Offering rare privacy, generous space, true walkability, and access to a private, gated beach, this home is designed for discerning guests seeking an elevated 30A experience. This home is a newly acquired second home for our family, thoughtfully renovated and refreshed with designer touches throughout and currently being further refined with curated furnishings and details. It has only recently been introduced to the rental market, which is why you may notice it does not yet have reviews. Previously enjoyed privately, it has just gone live for the season. As hands-on owners, we are actively involved in the care, upkeep, and continued refinement of the home. Every decision, from finishes to functionality, is approached with the same level of care we expect for our own family. This is not a high-turnover rental, but a well-loved home now being shared with guests who appreciate quality, privacy, and attention to detail. ⸻ A Truly Private & Uncrowded Beach Experience One of the most exceptional features of Serenity in Paradise on 30A is its private beach access, reserved exclusively for the Sandy Shores community. Because the home is south of 30A, reaching the beach is simple and stress-free. There is no crossing of 30A required. From the home, it’s an easy approximately three-minute walk to the beach. Simply walk down two houses, turn left onto the beach path and boardwalk, enter through the gated access using the provided passcode, and continue down the stairs directly to the sand. Seasonal beach service is available March through October and is located right at the access point. We provide three complimentary beach setups, each consisting of two chairs and an umbrella. If your group would like additional setups during beach service season, arrangements can be made. Access to this beach is limited to Sandy Shores guests only. Wristbands are provided to identify authorized guests, ensuring the beach remains quiet, uncrowded, and exclusive. Guests without wristbands are not permitted access. Just beyond Sandy Shores is Paradise by the Sea, one of the most exclusive residential beachfront communities on 30A. Because that neighboring beach is reserved strictly for homeowners of Paradise by the Sea and not available to renters, the result is one of the most peaceful and uncrowded stretches of shoreline anywhere along 30A. ⸻ Designed for Elevated Group Living With nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, this home is ideal for multi-family vacations, couples traveling together, and relaxed, high-quality time together. Two living rooms, two full kitchens, and multiple oversized balconies provide ample space to gather comfortably while still offering quiet moments of privacy. Every bedroom features a large-screen smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. This level includes: • Two private bedroom suites with full bathrooms • One bedroom featuring a queen-over-queen bunk bed • Another bedroom with a king bed and a twin bunk bed in the same room, ideal for families traveling with kids or teens • A full bathroom accessible from the pool and patio • A full kitchen for poolside snacks and drinks • Living space perfect for teens or casual hangouts Laundry convenience designed for groups: the first floor features two all-in-one washer/dryer units. Each machine both washes and dries, allowing multiple loads to run simultaneously without transferring laundry. ⸻ Second Floor… The Main Gathering Level The second floor serves as the central gathering space of the home. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home and all amenities, including indoor and outdoor living areas, pool, and parking. The home is private and exclusively yours during your stay, with only a few owner storage closets locked for housekeeping supplies. Other things to note Frequently asked questions Beach access The home includes access to a private gated beach reserved for Sandy Shores guests. Three beach setups are included with your stay, each with two chairs and an umbrella. If your group would like additional setups, they can be arranged directly with the beach service for an added fee. We also keep extra beach chairs in the garage that guests are welcome to carry down. The beach is only a 3-minute walk. Because the home is south of 30A inside the gated community, there is no need to cross the highway. Walk two houses to the boardwalk, down the stairs, and you’re on the sand. Beach rules The private beach is access-controlled. Guest names must be registered in advance and wristbands must be worn while on the beach. Bikes Several bikes are provided for guest enjoyment. If your group would like additional bikes, nearby rental companies are within easy walking distance. Private chef services Yes. After booking, we’re happy to share trusted recommendations for private chefs and in-home dining experiences. Golf cart The home does not include a golf cart. Rentals are available, though most guests prefer walking or biking since Rosemary and Alys are very close and golf carts are not always convenient in those areas. Elevator There is currently no elevator in the home. Stairs / layout The home is three stories and includes interior stairs, as well as an exterior staircase connecting the first and second floor balcony. Please keep this in mind for guests with mobility considerations. Pool heating Pool heating is available during the off-season for an additional daily fee. Fitness While there is no community gym, the home includes free weights and several yoga mats for guest use. Baby items A high chair and pack and play are provided, along with infant and toddler plates, cups, utensils, and a baby monitor. Parking The driveway accommodates passenger vehicles only. Street and beach parking are restricted by HOA guidelines. Please share your vehicle count in advance so we can plan accordingly. Quiet hours The neighborhood observes quiet hours from 10 PM to 10 AM to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the community. Guests and visitors For privacy and security, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Beach access is limited to registered guests with wristbands. The home is not available for parties or events. Packages and deliveries Mail and package delivery via USPS, UPS, or FedEx is not permitted. Grocery and baby equipment deliveries are welcome during your stay. Decorations To protect the finishes of the home, paint, dye, crafts, or damaging decorations are not allowed. We’re happy to suggest celebration options that are safe for the space. Doors and A/C All exterior doors must remain fully closed. Leaving doors open can disrupt the climate system and cause humidity damage. Check-in and check-out Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM to allow time for professional preparation of the home.
