You will be comfortable in this spacious & unique UPSTAIRS ONLY Apt that was once the hotel portion of the Historic "Flemings Tavern" where the conspirators plotted the murder of the Prophet Joseph Smith & his bro. Hyrum & celebrated their success. We offer 1 King Bed / 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa / futons for the kids. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. We feature picture walls of names & faces with personal history of the conspirators and other facts. Private entrance. Well lite. Blackout shades in each room. The space The walls are lined with photos and stories of those connected to the “mischief-making: that occurred here in 1844 prior to the Prophet’s death. Enter the apartment via a private entrance at the south side of the building. You will find parking in the lawn to the south of the well lite white staircase leading up to the “Hotel” apartment. This is an Upstairs unit only. To accommodate all who wish to experience this unique location we offer a “Virtual Tour” for those unable to personally visit. Guest access After turning south on 2nd street, you will see our large home on the right between the street and the Mississippi River. Please park in designated "lawn parking" on the right and follow the designated "pebble path" to the white staircase leading upstairs to the "Hotel" apartment entrance. Not to worry. You are the only folks booking the apartment for your stay. You WILL NOT BE SHARING the space with anyone else. Other things to note Please don't hesitate to park in our "green" parking lot (cordoned off lawn area) the grass doesn't mind and it was built just for you!
