Seasonal Note: Lake Lure Drawdown Lake Lure is scheduled for a drawdown from Jan 1–Mar 31, lowering approximately 1 ft/day to a total of 12 ft for maintenance, dredging, and dam work. Lake access and usage may be limited during this period. Water levels are expected to return to normal by mid-to-late April. Events * Small events may be allowed at this home with prior approval and additional terms. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren’t permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm. Extended Stays Reservations of 28+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. Security deposit, mid stay cleaning fee and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay. Last-Minute Booking Verification For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival**, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. This includes: * A clear photo of a government-issued ID * A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name) Please note: Last-minute bookings made within 7 days of check-in are limited to a maximum stay of 28 days. Reservations exceeding 28 days are not permitted under this booking window. Subject to security screening for verification and authenticity.
