Or just stay home, relax in the hot tub, BBQ on the deck or hang out by the fire. Sleeps 6 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 8 (sleeper sofa in living room #2) Guest need to be verified through Truvi before bookings are confirmed - please see below for more information. The space This is a private home on a private road. There are neighbors, but the abundance of large trees makes it feel very secluded. The three bedrooms (K, Q, Full) are all located upstairs. Full bath upstairs, a half bath downstairs, and a 3/4 bath in the main bedroom. The front half of the house has a spacious living room & dining room with vaulted ceilings. The back half of the house has a large kitchen, walk-in pantry, laundry room & an additional living room with sleeper sofa. Both living rooms & all bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The gas fireplace is a see-thru between the two living rooms. Large outdoor decks, BBQ, hot tub, gas firepit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the front, attached garage, but it is fine to park in front of that garage door. The large, detached garage/shop in the back is a private residence (neighbor). Please do not block their driveway or garage doors. The yard to the side of the shop is the neighbors, please do not go beside or behind the shop. Parking on the level, paved area near the front sidewalk & deck works the best; there is room for 3-4 cars in that area. Other things to note IMPORTANT: This property requires TRUVI guest verification as part of our mandatory guest screening process. This requirement applies to all guests. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until TRUVI is completed within 3 hours of booking. No access will be granted without completion. Please read the full details below before booking. Important Cancellation Policy Related to TRUVI: -If TRUVI is not completed, you must cancel the reservation yourself within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund (if eligible under Airbnb policy). -No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to refusal, delay, or failure to complete TRUVI after that time. -We will not cancel reservations due to guests not reading or agreeing to this requirement Other important things to know before booking to ensure a pleasant stay! HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - The primary guest who made the reservation must stay at the property. -Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Local guests within a 4-hour drive must contact us before booking. - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a penalty if damage to furniture, flooring, bedding or any smoking odor is detected. - Recreational drug use or any illegal or dangerous activity at the property is also strictly prohibited. - No pets are allowed at this property. - Guests must comply with maximum occupancy and obtain approval for additional guests. -No Third-Party Services Allowed - For liability and safety reasons, we do not permit any outside services (such as massages, personal chefs, mobile IVs, or similar bookings) to take place at the property during your stay. -Do Not Block Driveway to the left of the DETACHED shop (private residence). -Do Not Park in front of garage doors of DETACHED shop (in front of attached garage at the front of the house is fine). - Guests are responsible for keeping the property well-cleaned and maintained. -Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay, including cleaning charges needed in the event unauthorized pets are discovered during or in a reasonable time after the stay. - Prompt reporting of any maintenance issues is required, though refunds are not guaranteed. - Avoid moving furniture. -Cover hot tub when not in use. -Do not leave gas fireplace on overnight or when away from the home. - Please adhere to check-in/check-out times to avoid fines and vacate the property at the agreed-upon time. - Guests are advised not to have mail or packages sent to the property. - Guests are responsible for their valuables and personal property. - The property is for vacation rental only; no commercial use allowed.
