The space Welcome to our newly remodelled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Granada Hills house! It features two spacious master suites (perfect for shared trips) and a beautiful, large swimming pool. Please note that the swimming pool does not have a heating option Relax and enjoy brand new furniture, mattresses, and appliances throughout. Our chef's kitchen is fully stocked, featuring a gas stove, a large fridge, and a dedicated coffee bar. Plus, a game room with full-size air hockey and much more guarantees fun for everyone! Locals, please get in touch before booking. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Parties are not allowed. Please be respectful to our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 pm-9 am. House rules must be followed; we don’t tolerate any violations, and all violations are subject to fines. Unauthorized people are not allowed on the property. We have a gardener who comes every Saturday to maintain the lawn and the pool. He has his key to the backyard, so please don’t be alarmed when you see him working there. There is a doorbell camera located by the entrance of the property that continuously monitors the front yard of the house. A noise monitoring device is installed in the backyard. This device does not perform any recording and only monitors the noise levels in decibels. Please pay attention to parking signs if you'll be utilizing street parking to avoid tickets and fines. The house is situated on a main street, so some road noise can be heard inside. All bedrooms feature white noise machines to help with a good night's rest.
