Enjoy gathering in the cozy living room featuring a fireplace, preparing meals in the fully equipped eat-in-kitchen, or relaxing outdoors on the private deck accessible through the sliding doors. Guests also have access to a private driveway with parking for 1 vehicle. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire townhome, including both bedrooms, office, living room, eat-in-kitchen, all bathrooms, private deck, and driveway parking for one vehicle. For safety and storage purposes, the garage and entire basement are not accessible to guests and will remain locked during your stay. Other things to note *Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests *Self-Check-In Instructions and access information will be provided before arrival. Late checkout will incur a fee. *The home includes driveway parking for one vehicle. Additional street parking is available in accordance with local regulations. *The garage and basement are not accessible to guests and will remain locked during your stay. *No parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted. *No smoking or vaping allowed on premises. *Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Before Checkout: To help us prepare the home for our next guests, we kindly ask that you: *Ensure gas stove and all other appliances are turned off. *Close and lock all windows and exterior doors. *Please note that the home is equipped with a smart thermostat for your comfort with temperature limits in place to protect the HVAC System. The minimum cooling temperature is set to 65 degrees F. *Set the thermostat to 68 degrees F in the winter or 75 degrees F in the summer before departure. *Turn off all lights and electronics when leaving the property. *Strip the beds and kindly place all used bed linen and towels in front of the laundry room on the floor. *Place all waste in the bins provided. If applicable, bring large trash/recyclable cans to the end of driveway on Monday evening. *Double check you have all personal belongings before departing.
