You’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or non-refundable $35 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! ✔ Stays exceeding 28 days require a security deposit and require additional cleanings, scheduled at mutually convenient times with the guest.
