The space BEDROOMS This beautifully designed home features 4 spacious bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate your group with 8 beds total, blending style, comfort, and a touch of luxury throughout. Bedroom 1 – Located on the second floor, the primary suite offers a plush King bed. Bedroom 2 – Situated on the lower level, this inviting bedroom features a King bed. Bedroom 3 – Also on the lower level, this room includes a comfortable Queen bed. Bedroom 4 – Designed for fun and connection, this spacious bunk room on the lower level features 3 Queen beds and 2 Full beds (bunk setup). BATHROOMS The home includes 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, all thoughtfully designed with bright lighting, large mirrors, and a clean, modern feel. Each space is fully stocked with essentials and fresh towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible. KITCHEN & LOUNGE The heart of the home is a bright, open-concept living space featuring soaring ceilings and beautiful wood beams that create a warm yet elevated mountain-modern vibe. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen, the lounge area is designed for gathering and relaxing, with plenty of room to spread out, connect, and enjoy the natural light pouring in. OUTDOOR SPACE Step outside and enjoy a truly special setting—the home opens directly onto a golf course, giving you wide open views and a peaceful, scenic backdrop right out your door. Relax on the spacious deck featuring a large hot tub, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a grill—perfect for unwinding after a day out or enjoying meals together. The balcony overlooks the course, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening. Please note: The outdoor space is open to the golf course and is not fenced. Guest access You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home- your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or would like recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more. •This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed. •Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.  •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
