The space This historic home blends original character with thoughtful updates. Inside, you’ll find: -Three comfortable bedrooms with quality linens -1.5 bathrooms -A fully equipped kitchen for easy meals at home -Inviting living spaces designed for conversation and relaxation seating up to 8 people comfortably -A cozy reading nook filled with natural light -Work spaces available throughout the home -TVs in every bedroom Outside, enjoy: -Lake Erie views -A private sunset deck -Outdoor dining space with grill The home is walkable to the beach, marina, restaurants, and local park, making it easy to enjoy everything Conneaut has to offer without getting in the car. Please note: All bedrooms are upstairs and the shower has a step up. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs. Guest access Parking for up to four cars is available on-site. Additional free parking is available at the park across the street. Other things to note This is a historic home and, while thoughtfully updated, it retains its original character and charm. With that comes a few quirks. Most notably, there can be a temperature difference between the upstairs and downstairs. For the most comfortable night’s sleep, we recommend adjusting the thermostat lower in the evening. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and mindful of noise, especially in the evenings. Please note: While there is a large paved backyard area that comfortably accommodates up to eight people, the grassy yard next door belongs to our neighbors and is not part of the property. We kindly ask that guests do not use the neighboring yard.
