The private bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed for the grown-ups, and the living room features a futon that converts into a twin bed — just right for the little ones. Need one more sleeping spot? A rollaway is available on request. And here's the detail parents love: the full bathroom has a real bathtub, not just a shower. Bathtime at the lake? Easy. Dogs are welcome too! All of our cabins are pet-friendly — bring up to 2 pups (30 lbs each max) for a $60 pet fee per stay. Mornings start with coffee from the Keurig while the kids are still sleeping. The mini fridge keeps drinks cold, the microwave handles quick meals, and the Smart TV with Wi-Fi means family movie night is always an option. Linens and towels are provided. Fuel up at the gas station — we have dockside fuel on the water too. And the property has arcade games, billiards, and board games for the whole family. Guest access The entire cabin is yours — bedroom, living room, bathroom, and your private deck overlooking the lake. Your family has full access to everything on the resort: Castaways Bar & Grill, the marina with boat rentals, the boat ramp, the swim area, our all-new Floating Activity Zone (coming spring 2026) — a giant inflatable obstacle course the whole family will love, the playground, Big Al's Convenience Store, the gas station (vehicles and boats, including dockside fuel), The Clubhouse, Doggone Good Park, Aurora's Nature Trail, and golf cart rentals. And yes — the kids can absolutely fish right from the backyard! Hand them a rod and let them try. Lake Bob Sandlin is home to Largemouth Bass, Crappie, and Catfish — they bite year-round.
