I have created a very comfortable, and relaxing home for your stay. You will find all the items needed to cook a home cooked meal, or just relaxing on the patio. This home is perfect for the family on vacation, traveling nurses, or a corporate traveler. This home has all you need for a pleasant stay whether it is just for a few nights or an extended stay for a work project. The space Enjoy your time in our luxury 40' Heartland 33 Rets Ultralight RV. You are sure to get a restful night's sleep on the King size new memory foam mattress! There is a Roku stick in the RV and high-speed Wi-Fi for your use. This home is perfect for small families, and business travelers. There is a Washer/Dryer combo in the bedroom (small loads only, will not properly clean nor dry your clothes if overloaded and may cause the machine to break), plus there is a nice coin-operated laundry facility inside the club house for your use as well. The Refrigerator is an RV 12 volt made for a small amount of food. If the Refrigerator is overly packed it will not keep the food properly cool. There is a thermometer in the refrigerator that registers the temp. Outside the RV is a nice patio with a table and 4 chairs to sit out under the stars and just relax after a long day. If you use the awning, please remember to close it when finished due to possible wind damage to the awning itself, the RV or Neighbors RV. This would be a costly repair for the Guest. Guest access We are conveniently located in the Leisure Lane Resort in Magnolia, Tx. There are 2 required documents from Leisure Lane that Host will message you when you make your reservation and have paid. Please forward these documents back to Host. Host will then forward the documents to the Resort Manager. The Resort MUST have these documents prior to your arrival. Upon your arrival to the Resort, please go to the office, show them your Driver's License and you will then be given your temporary parking pass for your stay and codes for the entry gate and club house/amenities. For your use, there is hi speed Wi-fi internet in the RV and the club house with dedicated workspace should you need internet. You will also have access to the Resort's laundry room, showers, gym, game room, beautiful swimming pool, b-b-q grill with seating under cover, picnic areas, swings, pickleball court, fishing at the pond, and so much more. You will be given parking passes for up to 2 vehicles. Inside the RV home there is also a Roku stick. Please make sure you disconnect from all your hotspots when you leave. Other things to note RV Park Rules: In case of severe weather or an emergency, the Resort has the right of entry upon the land for maintenance of the utilities, to help prevent damage and protection for the Resort at any reasonable time. Pets: Our Airbnb has a no-pets policy. If you keep a pet in the RV you agree to and will be charged $200 per day for each day there. NO SMOKING, NO VAPING: If you smoke or Vape inside the RV, you agree to and there will be a $200 per day remediation fee. Liability: You agree to and accept that any activity you and yours choose to participate in while staying as a guest with us, such as for an example, swimming, hiking, bicycling, etc., you do so at your own risk and host is not liable for your protection.
