Nestled in the heart of the Lookout, it’s just a short walk from Hilltop Pool and Lookout Park, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. This five-bedroom cottage-style home is filled with character, featuring wide-plank hickory floors, hand-stenciled walls, custom-made window valances and special touches throughout the house that add a unique and welcoming feeling. The spacious living room welcomes you with a leather couch and loveseat, LazyBoy chairs, and a fireplace, ideal for gathering with loved ones. Nearby, the dining room comfortably seats 8 guests, while a wine bar—stocked with wine glasses, Margarita glasses, and a complete bartender kit—includes space for your own bottles, perhaps from one of the many local wineries. Adjacent to the dining room, the media room features a 65-inch TV, a large sectional, and a leather swivel chair for relaxing. A bookcase holds a take-one-leave-one library, cookbooks, and board games, ensuring entertainment for all ages. The chef-designed kitchen is fully stocked for anything from casual meals to gourmet creations. It includes Cuisinart cookware, pie and pastry tools, white quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. A traditional coffee maker and coffee grinder, plus a Keurig, microwave, and fresh spices from the local Bear Foods Market sit on the counter, while a pantry stores a toaster oven/air fryer, crockpot, waffle iron, rice cooker, blender, stock pot, and roasting pan and other kitchen items. A cozy breakfast nook with banquette seating and a custom table for 6 to 8 people makes mornings or anytime special.
