Parking is straightforward with two dedicated spots off the alley and first-come, first-served street parking out front. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included. - Salt, pepper, and cooking oil is not provided unless otherwise noted. - Laundry: Private washer and dryer located in the 2nd-floor hallway. - Pet policy: No pets are allowed at this home. Evidence of pets may result in an additional cleaning fee. - Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. - If the home is ready before 4:00 PM, you’ll be automatically notified. Late checkout must be requested within 24 hours of departure and is subject to availability; additional fees may apply. - We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up.
