You will be close to everything when you stay in our home's separate apartment in a quiet neighborhood near PSU. Our craftsman style home located in West College Heights is perfect for families visiting their Penn State student or attending local events. Ideal location, just 7 blocks from west campus and 1.5 blocks to the PSU golf course and walking/biking trail. Our quiet street is lined with large oak trees and is only used by local traffic. Perfect location for all your Penn State adventures! The space The guest apartment is a separate living space located on the lower/basement level of our home. It has a dedicated entrance accessed from the back yard. Windows in each room allow lots of natural light into the space. The apartment has a full kitchen, living room with futon (the orange couch), full bath, king bedroom, an extra roll-away single bed, and laundry facilities. The basement walks out to a private, fenced backyard that features a gazebo, propane fire pit, and hammock. The driveway can accommodate two guest vehicles and has a 240v electric vehicle charging station available upon request. If you are traveling with young children, a pack n' play, high chair, and kid's toys are available. Please let me know in advance so that I can get the kid stuff ready for you! Guest access The apartment is a dedicated guest space. Guests are welcome to share the back yard space with our family!
