The space Vacation rental located within a small apartment-style complex dedicated exclusively to short-term stays. The property offers convenient access to restaurants just 1–2 minutes away, a nearby hospital only a few minutes away, and Indian Rocks Beach, approximately a 15-minute drive. Clearwater Beach is about 3 miles away (roughly a 10-minute drive), Sand Key Park is about 3.5 miles away, and Downtown Clearwater—offering shops, dining, and entertainment—is just 1.5 miles north. ⸻ House Rules & Property Guidelines • No smoking anywhere on the property • No unregistered guests or parties • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM — please be respectful of neighbors and other guests • Towels must remain white and bright; please do not use them to remove makeup • Pool towels may only be used at the pool • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times • Dogs are not allowed in the pool • Please clean up before and after using shared amenities, including the BBQ and outdoor areas • Trash disposal is located behind Unit 8 ⸻ Before Check-Out • Check-out time is 10:00 AM • Please dispose of all trash and take personal belongings • Leave the air conditioning ON after check-out • Continue to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared amenities, including the pool area, mini golf, shuffleboard court, lounge chairs, fire pit, picnic seating, and the small BBQ (not maintained by the facility). Please clean up before and after use so everyone can enjoy Pool Safety: For your enjoyment, the swimming pool is available to registered guests. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, and pool use is at the guest’s own discretion. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Swimming and pool use involve inherent risks. By choosing to use the pool or pool area, guests accept responsibility for their own safety and agree that the property owner and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property related to pool use. By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to this pool use information on behalf of themselves and all members of their party. We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful stay—thank you for being considerate! —————————————————————— Please be aware that Florida’s tropical climate—especially during the rainy season can occasionally bring small pests like ants, mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, and other harmless insects, even in the cleanest, best-maintained properties. While we have regular professional pest control, it’s not unusual for a few to find their way inside. Keeping doors closed and food properly stored helps prevent ants and fruit flies.
