Cozy 3BR, full bath Lake Milton home with WiFi & AC sleeps 6 adults + 1 baby in a travel crib. Less than 4 miles to beach, winery, golf, restaurants, & State Park which offers boating, fishing, trails & hunting. Mount Union, Kent State, and Youngstown State are about 30 minutes away. Convenience items include board games, table tennis, electric fireplace, washer/dryer, bath towels, & starter hand soap, paper towels, & toilet paper. The space 0.1 miles from Craig Beach; limited view of the lake from front yard. 1st floor queen bedroom with desk space is located on the same level as the bathroom making it accesible for those who have trouble with stairs. King and two-twin bedrooms are both upstairs. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TVs in them. Max. two small dogs allowed for minimal $35 extra cleaning fee per stay. Guest access Guests will not be sharing any internal or external property spaces with anyone else. Guests will not have access to a private closet located under the stairs (in dining area), furnace room, owners closet located in the laundry room, or to the storage shed in the backyard - all other spaces are unlocked and accessable. Other things to note The heat/AC fan is located in the living room and is loud when running Outdoor gas grill is on site but propane is not refilled by host
