Apartment with more than 70 square meters / 750 square feet (floor tiles/underfloor heating) got a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen (electric stove + oven / extractor fan, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher etc.), one large living room with sofa bed (extended: 1,10mx2m), (if necessary) space for additional air mattress), dining area and fireplace, TV/Radio/DVD/BlueRay/surround system, one bedroom with double bed (Queensize: 1,60mx2,00m), closet, dresser and desk/internet and one bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower and washing machine, one storage room. Electric blinds in kitchen and bedroom. From the living room direct access to large private terrace with garden, garden chairs and table, barbecue - ideal for relaxing! Guest access The apartment is visually separated from the rest of the house. Access via main entrance and the common staircase or directly from the garden and terrace Other things to note Bed linens (duvets in the bedroom have comfortable size 1,55mx220m, furthermore normal size) are provided or can be brought along. Final cleaning after check-out is always carried out by hosts (+ 30 €) On request we can provide a charcoal barbecuel and (temporarily) up to 2 bicycles! 2 cars maximum parking for guests.
