The space The one-bedroom apartments offer a spacious, home-like feel with clearly defined living, dining, and sleeping areas. Kitchens include stainless steel appliances, updated countertops, and plenty of cabinet space, making meal prep simple and enjoyable. The bedroom is warm and inviting with room for both rest and productivity. Bathrooms feature contemporary tile, bright lighting, and practical layouts. These units are ideal for guests seeking comfort, privacy, and room to unwind during extended stays. Guest access Guests enjoy access to a variety of convenient on-site amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, laundry facilities, and a comfortable clubhouse for relaxing or getting work done. The building features controlled access for added security, an elevator for easy navigation, and a business center ideal for remote work. Please review our guidelines: • Maximum of 2 pets per reservation • No aggressive breeds • 50 lb weight limit • $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee • We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community Mid-Term Stay Prep We primarily host mid-term stays, though short visits are welcome when availability allows. Because the units are set up for longer stays, we provide starter essentials only: one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and one trash bag. Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies for your stay. Maintenance Access To keep the property safe and well-maintained: • Annual preventive maintenance may require brief access for smoke detector checks, HVAC filters, etc. We will always notify you beforehand. • For emergency issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within [X] hours, management may enter to prevent damage.
