You are 2 min walking distance from all other restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bakeries, fruit stands and all other activities. The space The 1bed/2baths condo is located in a Stanza Mare Beachfront Condominium. It has been completely renovated in the early 2022 with new furnishings and all appliances. Beach beds, palapas and full restaurant services is provided for you at our private beach all day long. - Electricity INCLUDED up to 20 kw per day. Most guests use 10-15 kw per day. Guests staying more than 14 night are responsible for their entire electricity bill for their stay. Electricity can be expensive on our island. It runs about $10-20/day depending on AC use, etc. We do include the electricity consumption in the rental price but we ask you to please turn off the AC when you are not in the apartment.
