The space 'The Beach House' is in a superb location on the Northumberland coast overlooking the sea at Beadnell on Harbour Road - boasting the most amazing sea views. There is a shop 5 minutes walk away - and pub/restaurant 3 mins walk away. The property is kept to a high standard - re-decorated annually. It has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 - 2 doubles and 1 twin ) and playroom. No pets I am afraid. There is a layout map on this site. CHANGEOVERS: We let for full weeks during school holidays and peak season with Friday changeovers. Short Breaks: Three night weekend (Friday to Monday) and four night midweek short breaks (Monday to Friday) or weeks (Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday) On with the house... The open plan living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor together with a double bedroom (with sea view) and bathroom. On the ground floor is a further two bedrooms (1 x double and 1 x twin ), a games room with tv (bring your own to plug in), a shower room with basin and wc and back door entrance into a utility room. The kitchen has granite work surface and centre island. Woodburning stove in the open living room with fantastic views out to sea. It is decorated to a high standard throughout with 2 bathrooms (one with bath and hand shower and the other with a double shower unit). It will be very comfortable for your stay. It has a lovely open plan kitchen with granite work surface. There is a woodburning stove which can be used and a masonry barbecue outside. There is a balcony off the kitchen which is suntrap in the evenings. The views out to sea from the living room window will keep you mesmerized throughout your stay.
