Adjacent to the kitchen, a dedicated laundry nook provides washer/dryer access and shelving, all tucked near the back door for easy trips to the yard or deck. The upstairs master bathroom closet will be locked, as it contains the HVAC system. The shed in the backyard is inaccessible to guests. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee. Other things to note Kindly, we do not provide laundry supplies. Please Note: Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and considered trespassing. A $250 fee applies for unregistered guests or exceeding max occupancy. No parties, events, or gatherings allowed— violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
