Nestled in the charming village of Summerhaven on Mount Lemmon, our cozy rental cabin offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by towering pines and crisp mountain air. Just steps from scenic hiking trails, local eateries, and seasonal events, the cabin is the perfect year-round getaway—cool and refreshing in summer, snow-dusted and magical in winter. Whether you’re relaxing on the patio or exploring the forested outdoors, you’ll find comfort, adventure, and small-town charm all in one place. The space This charming three-bedroom Summerhaven cabin features two queen beds and a bunk bed, along with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the spacious deck with forest views, all just minutes from hiking trails, Ski Valley, and local dining. The cabin is situated on a paved road for easy access. This road is also plowed after each snow. PLEASE NOTE: There is a long, tall staircase leading to the cabin entry door. It is NOT handicap accessible. We do not recommend it for the very elderly or those who may have a hard time walking. Our cabin has a strict maximum of 7 guests and NO PARTIES allowed. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to message us. We truly appreciate your cooperation in respecting these rules to help keep the space comfortable, clean and safe. Guests beyond the 7 maximum will incur an additional nightly fee. Please message us for inquiries regarding single night stays. Guest access Guests have access to the upper floor of the cabin. The garage and lower level are used for Host storage and are not for guest use. Other things to note WEATHER Weather on the mountain can change rapidly, so please keep an eye on the forecast as your stay approaches and plan accordingly. During snow season, 4WD or tire chains may be required to safely drive up the mountain. Because weather is outside of our control, we’re unable to offer refunds due to weather, so we highly recommend travel insurance. TRASH The is no trash pickup on the mountain. All trash MUST be taken with you when you leave. PETS We love our furry family members, but we do not allow guests to bring pets to the cabin. Pet mess will result in an additional cleaning fee. PARTIES Absolutely NO parties and NO large gatherings. All guests must vacate by 9pm. Parties will result in a fine.
