Escape to this private ground-level guest suite across the street from one of Vancouver’s BEST beaches. 40 min to downtown Vancouver, 10 min to BC Ferries. Sip your morning coffee on your own private patio and breathe in the salty sea air. This beach is Tidal - at low tide, walk on the sun warmed sandbars, perfect for kids or exploring. When the tide is high, it's some of the best swimming around. Paddleboard, Kayak or if the wind is right - kiteboard. Perfect for Birdwatchers or Nature lovers. The space The suite is around 280sq ft. The main area has a kitchen, a small kitchen table, a couch and a TV. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and Murphy Bunk beds that can be pulled down (upon request). The suite has a separate private entrance. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). There is another shower outside that is available in the summer. The kitchen features a toaster oven, an induction hot plate, a small under counter fridge, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for all your meals. The suite is fully private and separate from the rest of the house. There are no shared areas. Host lives in the main part of the house with a friendly dog (may bark) and you may hear typical household sounds during. your stay. Suite Includes one parking spot with an electric car charger. Guest access Guests have a private entrance and private patio. There is one designated parking space with access to an electric charger.
