The space BEDROOMS This condo features 2 bedrooms plus a cozy bunk nook, comfortably accommodating families or groups of up to 8 guests. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs for entertainment. Primary Bedroom – Relax in the king-sized bed of the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Plush bedding and comfortable design create a serene retreat after a day on the slopes or exploring town. Second Bedroom – This bedroom features queen bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends. The bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall. Bunk Nook – A twin-size bunk bed nook provides additional sleeping space, ideal for kids or extra guests, while keeping the layout open and airy. BATHROOMS There are 2 full bathrooms in this condo. The primary en suite is attached to the king bedroom, while the second bathroom is conveniently located across from the queen bunk bedroom. Both are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your comfort. KITCHEN & LOUNGE The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight of the condo, featuring modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed to prepare a quick snack or a full meal. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
