The Loft on Scalp

Welcome to the Loft on Scalp! Located above a locally owned monument shop, this newly refreshed 2-bed, 1-bath apartment offers a peaceful and private stay with its own dedicated entrance. Conveniently located close to UPJ, local shops, dining, and more! Features: • 2 spacious bedrooms (1 king bed & 1 queen bed) • Dedicated work space • 1 clean, updated bathroom • Full kitchen with essentials • In-unit washer & dryer • Private entrance • Located on Scalp Avenue in the heart of Geistown The space Our space offers a full kitchen equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and eat in table. There are other convenient kitchen items available for use. There is an in unit washer and drive available as well. The living room provides two couches, along with a flat screen TV. The full bathroom has a tub/shower. Bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and a bath mat are provided. Extra towels can be provided by request. There are two nice sized bedrooms. One with a Queen bed that offers a dedicated workspace. The other bedroom offers a King bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV's, closet space with hangers, luggage racks and more. Linens are provided. We have extra pillows and blankets available for use in the hall cabinet. We look forward to sharing our space with you! Guest access The whole apartment and anything in it is accessible to use for your stay! There are two storage cabinets that are for hosts only, which are marked with a sign. Other things to note The key to enter is in a lockbox outside of the door. The code will be provided prior to check-in.
