Beautiful large home on Peace River with every outdoor activity you can dream of! Guests welcome to bring a golf cart or ranger. Large Pool Bass and snook fishing. Shark sifting in the back yard along river bank. Patio Paver fire pit! Occasional Deer and turkey viewings in yard. Outdoor kitchen! 24 acres of private property with walking path Covered Dock and beautiful views! Canoeing or kayaking! Lots of parking and covered carport. Pioneer park and boat ramp across roadway The space Main house- 5 bedrooms (3 main floor and 2 upstairs) Primary bedroom with king bed and full bathroom 3 other guest bedrooms have queen beds and 1 full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom upstairs Pool room with fold out queen sofa bed if needed. Pool room has full bathroom and shower. Standard kitchen with basic appliances and accessories. Washer and dryer room. Large flat screen TVs in living room, primary bedroom and one guest room Toddler playroom area in home with toys/books Full outdoor covered kitchen by pool includes: Sink, mini fridge, large countertop, large stainless steel grill and large flat top! Outdoor TV as well. The grills have separate propane tanks under each that will need turned on and off before and after each use. The grill and flat top will need cleaned if used. Paver patio wood fire pit with several lounge chairs. We try to have some fire wood available but you’re welcome to bring or grab from the store if not available onsite. Pool lounge chairs and outdoor tables/chairs Pool also has sun shelve with umbrella sleeves in pool. If you need additional items for baby/toddler, please request in advance! Can provide crib with mattress, changing table, high chair etc. Motorhome/RV/camper plug in available for additional $160/night. Additional fee of $80 for a pet Guest access Code will be sent prior to your arrival Other things to note No hunting or shooting guns. If you bring a golf cart or ranger your welcome to explore but spinning/donuts, fast speeds and tearing up the grass is not allowed. You’re also welcome to pull your ranger or golf cart down by the river at your own risk of getting stuck. If you go under the dock you can ride about 100 yards south along the rivers edge on the trail to a great shark teeth/fossil sifting spot but only when the water is low. The river is mainly low November through June. When the river rises a few feet typically around later summer months and into the fall this allows certain smaller boats like John boats, bass boats or smaller center consoles at your own risk.
