The property is located 7 miles from the shopping centers at Newman or Peachtree City and 45 miles from Atlanta. The space The property features a master bedroom, 3 guest rooms, living room, dining room, breakfast table,and a kitchen. Outside features 2 patio decks to view the lake and an extensive lawn. Guest access The garage, storage room, and small sheds outside are all inaccessible. Other things to note There are 8 bath towels, and 8 hand towels provided for the 8 guests of this property. The kitchen is set up to provide basic cooking supplies. There are no condiments provided. If there will be a gathering at the property with permission, please note that only 8 guests can stay overnight, there is a 4 car limit, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
