Guest access Guest Access Guests will have the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home to themselves, including the living spaces, full kitchen, laundry area, and covered car porch for parking. The house is private and separate from our family’s residence and farm operations. You’re welcome to enjoy the porch, the front yard and fields view, and take a stroll down to the pond below the CSA barn. Please note: the CSA packing barn, sweet potato warehouse, and tractor shelter are part of our working farm and not open for guest use. Light activity may take place nearby, but your space will remain quiet and private. ⚠️ For safety: while you’re welcome to enjoy the yard and views, all liability is limited to the house itself. Any exploration beyond the home and designated areas is at guests’ own risk. Other things to note Maximum Stay Policy This property is a short-term vacation rental under the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act. The maximum stay length is 28 nights. Guests must maintain a permanent residence elsewhere. This rental does not create tenant or residency rights. Guests who remain beyond their booking dates will be required to vacate and may be subject to expedited eviction.
