Northern Exposure Pass included for your stay (Seasonal) The space The house sits on 3 acres just 2 minutes from Mesick but not in town. Completely private and available as either a 1 or 2 bedroom rental. 2 bedroom 2 bath available through another listing. This is an older remodeled house; not a cabin. Though the inside has a cabin feel. Wooded backyard with fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Full kitchen and large living room in addition to the bedroom suite. All private, clean, and comfortable. Across the road from snowmobile trails. 5-10 minutes from Northern Exposure and Manistee River. 15-20 to Cadillac. 35-45 Traverse City. 35 minutes to Frankfort. Crystal Mountain Ski Resort and Caberfae Peaks both just 20 minutes away! The hot cocoa and s’mores are waiting! Guest access One bedroom and one bathroom home with full kitchen, dining area and laundry room. Large front and back yard and tons of room to roam. This is all private with no shared space. We live out of state. Nobody else will be in the home during your stay. Other things to note Nice central location to all your fun Northern Michigan festivities! Extremely close to Hodenpyl Dam and the Manistee River. Please treat our home as you would your own. Make yourself comfortable but please take care of it. This home is family and pet friendly! No large parties please - though exceptions for family events can be made. Available as a 1 or 2 bedroom rental
