Lovely Old Tahoe style cabin, wonderfully restored and completely upgraded. Located on 4 wooded lots on the beautiful North shore, just minutes from the Nevada State line/casinos. 2 short blocks to the fabulous Kings Beach State Park and waterfront, as well as many shops, restaurants, and mini golf! Home features include unique cabin decor, original wood and heated slate, (timer controlled - please do not adjust) floors, wi-fi internet access, off-street parking, (plowed in Winter), private 6 person HOT TUB, HOT TUB, HOT TUB, cable, DVD, two TV's (one flat screen plasma), front and rear decks with seating, gas BBQ, gas log fireplace, (thermostat controlled - on stairway wall) and cleaning service. Get up to Tahoe!!! Guests access the entire house via front door, keypad lock. I am a remote owner, (native Californian, now a Michigander), but do have a local caretaker. Local outdoor activities include skiing, (water, X-country and downhill), hiking, golf, (regular and mini), mountain biking, roller blading, off-roading, gambling, shopping, jet-skiing, boating, tubing, white water rafting, para-sailing, fine and casual dining, fishing, hot-air ballooning and swimming. Multiple area companies rent all necessary equipment for these outdoor experiences. One block from the newly modernized, street scaping on Kings Beach' main road. Convenient walking distance to stores, gift shops, restaurants, the State Park beach and mini-golf course. Only a 1/4 mile from the Nevada border and three Casinos including the Cal-Neva! Public transport is readily available and ski buses also transit the main road. Two bedroom, (one queen and one full bed) with connecting "loft" room, (futon) sleeps six, (three couples) comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and all linens provided. Kitchen and bath floors are ceramic, with in-floor heat, (automatically controlled - please do not adjust). Two bathroom cabin with one on the lower level and one upper. Downstairs the toilet and sink are in a separate, private room from the shower so that two people can use the facilities at once for flexibility.
