At 3,090 sq ft, this home has plenty of space for up to 9 guests and works great whether you’re here for a quiet getaway, work trip or one of the town’s big events. What’s inside: • Main-floor master bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom • Two upstairs bedrooms, each with two beds and good closet space (they share a full bathroom) • Two living rooms downstairs plus a second hangout area upstairs • Smart TVs in the main living room and upstairs (just sign into your own Netflix, Disney+, etc.) • Fully equipped kitchen with the basics stocked, plus a Keurig and a variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate pods • Large dining table that doubles as a workspace or game table • Washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, central AC and heat, and two convenient half-baths on the main floor Location: Front-row seat to Winnemucca life—literally on the corner of the main drag. Daytime has some street buzz, evenings are chill. We provide white-noise machines and earplugs so light sleepers can tune it all out. —a couple blocks from The Griddle for breakfast and next door to the movie theater. House rules: • No pets, smoking, or vaping • No parties or events • Please treat our house with care • Report any damage. • Max 9 guests | Quiet hours after 10pm *ROOM TAX* -The nightly rates shown already include the 12% Nevada state/local room tax (transient occupancy tax).. What you see is the total price before any optional fees (like cleaning) and Airbnb’s service fee. *PARKING INFORMATION* -There is no reserved parking available. Street parking on Hanson Street. -We have permission to use the Days Inn parking lot; however, availability in that lot is not guaranteed—particularly during peak summer months. Check-in is after 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. If you’re coming for the Basque Festival, the rodeo, or just cruising through Nevada, this is an easy, comfortable spot to land. Feel free to message us with any questions—we’re happy to help.
