Quiet and private but close to amenities. A 5 minute drive to two different lakes and a fishing pond. Hiking and hunting all within minutes. White Pass Ski Resort and Mount Rainier National Park are each a one hour drive. Guest access Guests can enjoy the full property. Paved, pull-through driveway. Whole house. There is a private occupant in the apartment on the property. This will not interfere with your use of the full property. Other things to note Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants are 1/2 mile. Bowling is a 10 mile drive. Wood bundles are available at several locations in Mossyrock. There are three boat launches within a 5 minute drive. Mossyrock Park boat launch on Riffe lake is East, Mayfield Lake boat launch is West, and Ike Kinswa State Park is North. Please note there is a charge to launch and a Discovery Pass is required at Ike Kinswa. Mossyrock Park and Mayfield Park charge on weekends and holidays only to park, not to launch.
