Come stay at our eco-friendly home that runs on solar & natural gas for a reduced carbon footprint. All rooms have split system air conditioning & uses a Tankless water heater for efficiency. Our home is comfortable & inviting, with a cozy couch, luxury comfortable bedding, an electric fireplace & a compact home office. Walls are adorned with decorous artwork featuring the hosts travels. Outside, a back porch, chairs & a coffee table, a dining table under an oak tree & a grill. The space Our home is a fully renovated two-story house that pairs grid electricity with solar as well as natural gas for a reduced carbon footprint. Has three bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably fitting up to six people. All rooms have split system air conditioning. This home uses a Tankless water heater for efficiency. Renovations were just completed last month. Flooring includes laminate wood and carpet in the main living spaces, and ceramic tile in the kitchen. The Master and guest bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, lamps, a closet, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The Master bedroom has a TV and the closet is walk-in. The third bedroom has a double bed, one nightstand, a lamp, and a closet. Our home features large windows and updated furniture. Bedding for all rooms are premium top grade comforters, sheets and pillows. The bathroom includes a standard tub and shower combo, sink and mirror that is well lit. The kitchen and dining area are open concept that feature an island modular layout with granite slab countertops and updated appliances. It has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, and teapot. The kitchen space gets tons of natural light and opens to a dining area that fits 8 people. The living room is comfortable and inviting, with a cozy couch, sofa, ottoman, three end tables, smart TV and an electric fireplace. Walls are adorned with decorous artwork featuring the hosts travels. Within the living room there's a compact home office setup that includes desk, chair and file cabinet. Completing the space is excellent natural and focus lightning making it ideal for work, study or a simple read. Outside, the house has a back porch with two chairs and a coffee table, a backyard dining table beneath an oak tree with seating for eight and a grill for cooking or entertaining. If needed, a playpen and a high chair are available for families with young children. Two cars can park behind the home, and there's also plenty of street parking in front. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.
