Minutes from fresh and salt water fishing, biking, hiking, golfing, shopping, dining, cinema's. The list goes on and on my friends. The Oasis has so much to offer. Nestled on a quiet cul de sac we provide the perfect location for your getaway. There's so much to do, you're just a short drive to it all! Enjoy your stay! The space Fabulously updated single family home with a great lanai and private backyard. Located within a quiet, family orientated residential neighborhood. The Oasis provides many modern and luxurious touches throughout. Three bedrooms; 1 with King bed, 1 with Queen bed, and 1 with 2 Twin beds. There's plenty of space for a total of 6 people to enjoy! There's two full bathrooms. The living room area is bright & comfortable and opens to the 6 seat dining table which overlooks the lanai room and the private backyard. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! You also have 2 off street, parking spaces right in The Oasis driveway. Please note, City ordnances do not permit any overnight on street parking. No matter if your day is based around adult, children or both activities The Oasis is in the heart of it all! Ocean, lakes, movie cinema, dining out, shopping, mini golf all starting 1.5 miles from the house! Publix is 1.5 miles and the famous Flagler Beach is a 5 mile straight shot from the house. Golfing at several courses. Our Gulf Coast attractions are too numerous to list all of them but some of our most popular include: glass bottom boat Eco Tours, ST Johns River Cruise, the European Village and my favorite cigar shop (please remember there is no smoking within The Oasis), Flagler Beach, Washington Oaks Gardens State Park (one of Stacey's favorites), Waterfront park, Bing's Landing, Princess Place Preserve, Varn Park, Palm Harbor Golf Club, Pine Lakes Golf Club. Friends the list doesn't stop. 30 minute car ride to the historic St. Augustine! A must visit while you are here! The location of The Oasis provides everything you need to enjoy a relaxing tropical getaway. Guest access - Entrance: Entrance to the The Oasis is as one would imagine. Thru the front door, each guest will receive a digital code that is used to open the front door and a single touch on the outside dead bolt digital panel engages the dead bolt when leaving. - Laundry: Laundry washer and dryer are located in the garage. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE GARAGE DOOR. - Wi Fi: The Wi Fi is password protected. The password provided in the welcome book and on the side of the refrigerator. - Secured Electrical Switches: You will notice in just a couple areas there are wall mounted light switches that have covers over them that make it near impossible to access that switch. These cover are obviously there to ensure none of us touch those switches. They control items such as internet, alarm, outside evening security lights, etc. Accessing the switches that are covered and moving them from their existing position in some cases triggers alarms. So please leave those protected switches as is. There are NO CAMERAS LOCATED WITHIN THE OASIS. - Kitchen & Dining: The Oasis kitchen and dining room was designed to be easy to use and enjoy. The exhaust fan has 2 speeds and 2 light settings. Some leave the lights on low once they head off to bed. You'll find the coffee or tea station very easy to use. Some, when it's "eating time" will pull the table a bit further from the wall. Be careful when using the hot water, it will become very hot if used at full temp! The table provides "sliders" under each of it's 4 legs. If you move the table in or out, you'll be amazed as to how easy it moves. You will note the trash container, the left side is always lined with a white trash bag, this side is for all trash and food waste. The white bags are located under the kitchen sink. The right side of the trash container is for recyclables such as bottles, cans, cardboard or cereal boxes, etc. Both the right & left side barrels come out by lifting either of their handles. - Trash: Just outside of the Lanai Room you will note 2 trash barrels. The smaller barrel is identified as "Recyclables" this barrel is obviously for the recyclables. :) The larger barrel is identified for trash that must have all trash bagged and knotted. Trash Pick Up: Monday & Thursday mornings. PLEASE do not put the trash out prior to Sunday or Wednesday at 6pm. The trash barrel must be placed on the driveway or within 5' of the driveway. ONCE EMPTIED, PLEASE RETURN THE TRASH BARREL TO THE BACK YARD SAME DAY. Recyclable Pick Up: THURSDAY morning. PLEASE do not put the recycling out prior to Wednesday at 6pm. The recycling barrel must be placed on the driveway or within 5' of the driveway. ONCE EMPTIED, PLEASE RETURN THE BARREL TO THE BACK YARD SAME DAY. - Bed Time: Again, just like the kitchen, The Oasis 3 bedrooms have been designed to be easy to use and enjoy. Each bedroom offers a flat screen TV. The ceiling fans in the Twins and in the Queen are controlled by a light switch in each room. - Heat / AC: The heat & AC are controlled via a smart thermostat located on the hall wall. The thermostat is set and locked at a comfortable temperature range. Other things to note Please understand, The Oasis is located on a quiet cul de sac in the heart of the city of Palm Coast, our neighborhood is made up of families. If you are looking for a great spot for you and your family to enjoy all that Florida offers then The Oasis is it. But if your looking for somewhere to party the night away, The Oasis is not that spot. Daytona Beach will fit those needs much better. The City of Palm coast has very specific guidelines regarding keeping the city a safe and enjoyable place for the "locals" as well as our "Airbnb guests". - Check In & Check Out times: Need to be followed. Checking in is available between 1pm to 6pm. If you have a special need please speak with either of your Hosts prior to reserving The Oasis. Again thru the Airbnb app. At times there are guests checking in on the same day as one checks out. So please checkout by 11am. - When going out: Please make sure that when you leave for the day or you are checking out to make sure the lanai door is locked, the slider closed and locked, the front door is locked and windows closed if opened. Please check that all water is off, the stove and oven also off. Lastly the kitchen exhaust fan is also off. - Parking: Please make sure there are no cars that are parked on the swail. - City Regulated Quiet Time: Please remember the city of Palm Coast works to ensure that everyone respects quiet time which starts at 10pm and ends at 9am. - Guest Count: The Oasis is regulated to a maximum of 6 guests. Please ensure to respect this guideline. So please make sure prior to booking that what you're looking for falls within the guidelines above.
