Suntime Cottage - Hot Tub & Boat Rental

Relax by the lake, swim, play ping-pong, soak in the hot tub, make s’mores by the fire pit, or fall asleep on the porch swing. This charming lakeside getaway has fun for all seasons! BOAT RENTAL: During peak season, Smith Boating Adventures can DELIVER rentals to Suntime's dock. WATER TOYS: Lily Pad, floats, canoe, paddle board, kayaks, & life jackets available for your use. The space Suntime Cottage consists of two levels with screened-in porches and multiple decks. The main level has a living room and full kitchen with all of the kitchen equipment and tools you may need. On the top deck outside of the kitchen, you will have access to a Blackstone Grill and a large outdoor dining space. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on this floor, including rooms with queen and king sized beds. Both have memory foam mattresses. The screened-in porch on the main level contains another dining area and a porch bed swing with a twin memory foam mattress. The main level is on the same level as parking and easily accessible. The bottom level is perfect for younger family members. The downstairs living room is equipped with a big screen TV, DVD player, cozy seating, a reading nook, toys, blocks, Legos, and tons of classic movies from the 1980s and 1990s. The laundry room, another full bathroom, and third bedroom with two full beds are also on this level. The downstairs screened-in porch contains a standard porch swing, rocking chairs, and a full ping-pong table -- all with direct access to the remaining decks and hot tub. Unlike many properties on Smith Lake, Suntime Cottage has easy access to its dock, requiring renters to walk only a few steps to the Lake. Guest access You will have access to the entire property with the exception of the owners' closets. DOCK & WATER TOYS: Water toys, kayaks, a Lily Pad floating island, a paddle board, canoe, blow-up boats, and other floats are available for your use along with a variety of life jackets. 2. From April to August at peak water levels, Smith Lake Boating can DELIVER your boat rental directly to SUNTIME'S DOCK for your use. LAKE WATER LEVELS: Smith Lake water levels rise and drop throughout the year, and Suntime Cottage is on seasonal water. We generally have full lake water access from March to August, but Suntime never loses complete access to the water. If you have any questions about this, please message the owner. FALL/WINTER: The fall and winter are some of the best times on the lake. Although the water level recedes, the lake is still accessible from the dock and provides ample opportunity for exploration (especially for children). You can walk along the lake edge, explore the surrounding lake bed, fish, paddle board, make mud castles, or even swim a little. These days are often best when finished with s'mores at the fire pit and a dip in the hot tub. ARROWHEAD PARK: Arrowhead Park is across the street, facing Suntime. You can use the beautiful walking and bike paths year-round and access Arrowhead's boat launch during peak season if needed.
