Recently refreshed and exceptionally clean, the layout offers multiple sleeping areas, generous common spaces, and easy indoor-outdoor flow. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen designed for group meals, with ample counter space, modern appliances, and everything needed to cook, serve, and gather. Just beyond, the massive great room is the heart of the home, offering a pool table, foosball, Smart TV, fiber WiFi, and a cozy wood-burning stove with complimentary firewood—perfect for late nights, game days, and relaxed evenings together. The owners of North Bear Rentals may occasionally use the on-site shop for light repairs or servicing, as well as the field east of the shop for outdoor storage
