"Stay Awhile" Center Street Suites, Unit 3

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in a quiet small town. Designed with families in mind, this smoke and pet free apartment includes plenty of eating, seating and sleeping space and in-unit laundry room. Located 1 block from downtown, 1 block from Frederik Meijer Rail Trail (walking, running, or biking), 5 miles from Ionia Recreation Area (a Michigan State Park with hiking, biking, lake swimming and fishing available). 30 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. Come and stay awhile. The space Unit 3 has the kitchen, living room and full bath on the 1st floor. The 2 bedrooms and 1/2 bath are on the 2nd floor. It is best suited for up to 4 adult guests or 2 adults and 2 children. If you have more than 2 children, send us a message requesting the additional guests and we will accommodate, if we are able. Guest access The entrance for Unit 3 is off the Main Street side of the building. Entrance door is on the east end of the building and is labeled 3. You will have full private access to Unit 3. There is no shared interior space. Other things to note We have a strict No smoking of any kind inside the building and a NO pet policy in order to keep our “pet free” listing with AirBNB.
