Welcome to your playful, eclectic oasis in the heart of the Mid-Ohio Valley! This 1948 charmer is filled with curated details and some vintage personality original to the house. Enjoy the entire home with a large, private fenced yard, a patio, and a fire pit. Inside, relax with board games, a fully equipped kitchen, and a Smart TV for all your streaming services. A fun, funky stay close to all local attractions awaits! The space Two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full size bed. Soft sheets and an array of pillows. Cozy comforters. Modest sized sofa, can comfortably fit 3, and one chair with a back recline. Dining table with four chairs. The kitchen should have most of the items you need to cook. Some spices are provided and salt and pepper. Air fryer is also available for use. If you enjoy drinking tea, this is your spot! Open the cabinet in the kitchen and find so many fun options (loose leaf with small kettle or tea ball)! There are ceiling fans in every room, feel free to use them as needed. Cookbooks for your leisurely perusal. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Very close to Napolis Pizza and McHappy’s Bake Shoppe. Kroger is just a couple miles away. Enjoy the solar light garden after dark or even during the day! Fence is 4’ with a 6’ privacy screen around most of the yard. There may be some areas a small pup could fit under the fence, I’d recommend keeping an eye on them when they are in the yard. There are neighbors on both sides, but one side is an empty lot. Sometimes you can hear dogs barking. It’s a fairly quiet street, most of the time. Guest access Guests are free to roam the main floor of the house and the entire yard. The basement, hall closet, and door to the garage are not for guest access and are labeled as such (all have additional locks to prevent entry). The external garage out back will also not be accessible. Other things to note The hardwood floors are not finished in the living/dining area, slippers or socks are ideal. For the fire pit, there is some wood from a tree we cut down but you may need to purchase wood at the gas station or from a local supplier up the road on Rt 7 (I can provide location details if needed). The curtains are room darkening, not completely black out - some light will seep in around the edges but it is pretty dark at night in the bedrooms. The colorful poster room has a full/double brass antique bed that has a slight sump toward the middle but is super comfy! There is an antique lock on the front door, there will be a lock box with a key you are welcome to use or an electronic keypad on the back entrance if you prefer not to be responsible for a key. You can simply enter from the back door and come inside to unlock the front door to make bringing in overnight bags easier.
