Enjoy the large fenced in area for children & dogs to play. Cozy & clean. Beds & bedrooms are small and may not be suitable for all people. Stairways are narrow and steep. NOTE: Dogs are allowed in the home, screened porch area, and fenced-in yard, but are not allowed in the beds. AirBNB iinitiated a new 15.5% charge, which they receive. The space Tiny home is on 1 acre of land and approximately 1/3 of the acre has a chain-link fenced in area for children and dogs. There are 3 beds - 1 full, 1, twin, and 1 slightly smaller than a twin. The twin bed is down stairs, the full bed is upstairs in the loft, and the slightly smaller twin bed is upstairs in the other loft. NOTE: In case any of your pets are afraid of loud noises - the tiny home is in the country and my neighbors occasionally practice shooting their guns. Guest access Guests can use anything on the 1 acre except the storage building and the water well. Other things to note NOTE: Dogs are allowed in the home, screened porch area, and fenced-in yard, but are not allowed in the beds. Please keep dogs in the fenced in area. My neighbors have dogs and I do not want any dog fights. NOTE: In case any of your pets are afraid of loud noises - the tiny home is in the country and my neighbors occasionally practice shooting their guns. NOTE: Firewood is provided and free to use, but please use the water hose (inside screened-in porch) to extinguish fires completely.
