The space Lockmoor Landing is a contemporary 4-bedroom, 3-bath home designed for families, groups, and longer stays. The home features two separate living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dedicated office with two desks, making it ideal for both relaxation and remote work. Sleeping arrangements include: • 2 King bedrooms • 1 Queen bedroom • 1 Twin-over-Full bunk room Step outside to enjoy the spacious backyard, firepit, patio dining area, and plenty of room to unwind or play. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and parking is provided in the driveway. The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, just minutes from parks, dining, and downtown Wichita. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry room, backyard, firepit, patio, and attached two-car garage. Dog-friendly extras like pet beds, toys, and waste supplies are provided to help furry family members feel at home. Other things to note Check-In Info: Check-in instructions and door codes are sent the morning of arrival for security purposes. Stairs: The home has two levels, and stairs are required to access the basement. Safety: Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher are installed. An emergency egress ladder is located in the basement bedroom area. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or unauthorized guests are not permitted. Smoking: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including indoors, garage, or yard. Pets: Dogs are welcome with prior approval. We ask that pet owners please clean up after pets; bags and scooper are provided and located in the garage.
