The space Stay Cozy is a charming upstairs apartment located above a garage. Please note: this unit is not handicap accessible and requires entering via a staircase. Inside, you’ll find a full-sized kitchen (range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, and a crockpot). While there is no dishwasher, you’ll have everything you need to prepare meals at home. For added convenience, there’s a washer/dryer combo located in the garage below the apartment. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, dresser, closet storage, and ceiling fan. The living room has a sofa, a recliner, and a SmartTV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. We’re also conveniently close to the University of West Florida, hospital, airport, mall, and theater—making this the ideal spot for extended stays or weekend getaways. Our goal is to make you feel right at home. *NOTE - this property is a duplex. During your stay, tenants will be in the other half of the duplex. You will have access to the entire apartment.
