Inside, the home features 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 1.5 baths, complete with central AC and heat. Two bedrooms include private desks, making this an excellent choice for remote work or study. The open living area is filled with natural light from large windows and designed for comfort, with cozy mid-century modern seating and a 4K Smart TV for streaming. Each bedroom also has its own Smart TV, so everyone can unwind their way. The fully stocked kitchen includes appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave, along with cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. Complimentary coffee pods and tea are provided. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer with complimentary pods, fast WiFi, and driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles or 2 larger vehicles. Parking for 2-4 vehicles. Other things to note QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10pm - 8am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and parties are not allowed. We want our guests to have a good time but please keep the noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors. Failure to follow the quiet hour requirements will result in a minimum $250 fine and a phone call to local law enforcement. EXTERIOR CAMERAS: We have three exterior security cameras: one at the front door, one facing the driveway, and one at the back door facing the yard. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the home. CHILDREN SAFETY: Please keep an eye on your younger children. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay if you decide to book this place. Please do not book if you feel the space is not suitable for children. PETS: Due to family allergies, we do not allow pets in the home. If you are traveling with a service animal, we will do our very best to accommodate you, but we would encourage you to look for other pet friendly accommodations. HOUSE RULES: - Max of 6 people and no unregistered guests. - No parties and loud music. - No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) both inside and outside the house. - No illegal activity. - Do not flush sanitary items down the toilet. Failure to observe any of the house rules will result in a minimum $250 fine. CHECK IN Procedure: - A few days prior to your check in date, we will message you detailed check in instructions - We will message you self checkin door code the day of check in - Check in is at 4pm or later CHECK OUT Procedure: - Check out is at 10am. - Please rinse all dirty dishes and put them in dishwasher. - Please leave all used towels in laundry basket in bathroom. - Put any moved furniture/patio chairs back where it was. We do not expect our guests to deep clean or remove bedding during their stay, but we do expect guests to respect our home. We would appreciate it if you leave the house in the same or better condition as you found it :)
