The space Enjoy your own private screened‑in patio, king bedroom with an adjustable bed and large private bathroom that is stocked with hotel‑style amenities and the convenience of a thoughtfully stocked refreshment station, complete with a coffee maker, bottled water, and a mini‑fridge to keep drinks chilled and make your stay easy and refreshing. You’ll also have private parking and smart lock code entry ensuring a smooth and stress‑free arrival. Guest access Guests are welcome to wander the yard and enjoy the seasonal flowers that brighten the property throughout the warmer months. We simply ask that you avoid entering any marked indoor closets, outdoor buildings, sheds, or using outdoor equipment, as those areas are not part of the guest space. Located on the opposite side of our home the hot tub isn’t always available for use, you’re always welcome to relax in the additional shared screened‑in area, which features a TV, ceiling fan, and comfortable porch furniture for a cozy place to unwind. During your stay We’re in and out quite a bit, especially during the summer months, and we spend a lot of time working in the yard—we love our grass and flowers, and you’ll often see us tending to them. It’s likely our paths will cross, and you’re always welcome to say hello or chat at whatever level feels comfortable for you. If you happen to see us relaxing in the hot tub screened in area during the off‑season, please don’t hesitate to step inside the sitting area and visit for a bit. Other things to note A few gentle guidelines help keep the space peaceful: *Occupancy 1-2 Adults. All guests and vehicles must be registered *No Pets *No smoking or vaping inside ($200 fee applicable) *No parties or unregistered guests after 8pm *Shoes off to help keep the carpet fresh upon entry *Light sleepers we will do our best to keep you comfy with the train passing at night by supplying a noise machine, sound canceling blackout curtains and earplugs if you need them. *Hot tub is seasonal (May–September) and requires steps for access. Prior to arrival notification request if you would like off season access. We will do our best to keep general maintenance time during your stay brief. However, other issues may arise beyond our control and closure times may vary without reimbursement compensation to the guest. This is the only shared space. *We suggest you bring a pair of flip flops for your stroll to the hot tub area if you aren't a bare foot kinda person.
