Relax with Spacious Modern Simplicity

Large, beautiful home with all the key amenities including a large, 8-person hot tub to relax in. Enjoy the backyard garden with covered patio and sunning patio. Fully equipped kitchen. Beds to sleep up to to 12 people with plenty of space for a couple of additional air mattresses if needed and nursery amenities available. We have 2 entertainment / living areas with large-screen TVs with surround sound, and we boast a huge board game collection of over 300 games! The space Bedrooms/Sleeping: The master BR has a King bed, reading/sitting area, large office desk, armoire, and dresser. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen beds with closets. The other guest BR upstairs has a twin day bed with twin trundle pull-out and closet. The downstairs BR has 2 twin beds with armoire. In addition, the sectional sofa in the upstairs entertainment area has a pull out to create a queen sized bed. All bedrooms have Roku smart TVs that support screen casting and/or signing in to your favorite streaming services. Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up simple or gourmet meals! We just ask that you please wash and put away pans/pots/knives/utensils/etc. where you found them. The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, full-sized microwave above stove, and dishwasher. In addition, the refrigerator and freezer are completely available for your use during your stay. Dining: There are multiple dining areas including a small breakfast area and table adjoined with the kitchen, bar counter space next to the kitchen, dining room table, and bar tables with stools upstairs (total seating for up to 20). We ask that guests utilize these areas for eating and refrain from dining (other than snacking) in the living areas to avoid spills and damage to furniture. Living/Entertainment: Plenty of room for everyone and to cater to different preferences! We have both an upstairs entertainment/living area with large sectional and 75" smart TV with surround sound, as well as the downstairs living area that also has a 70" smart TV with surround sound, electric recliners, and additional seating. Backyard and Hot Tub: Enjoy our beautiful backyard garden from the covered porch with ceiling fans or from the flagstone patio in the sun. Need some southern style entertainment? We also provide professional-style cornhole boards and bags for backyard fun. Of course, for relaxation, our large 8-person deluxe Jacuzzi hot tub is the place to be. It provides built-in speakers with Bluetooth connectivity so you can relax or rock-out to your own tunes. Enjoy the oscillating fan to make sure you don't get too hot in the hot tub. (NOTE: To keep the water clean and enjoyable during your stay and for future guests, it is best for bathers to be recently showered/clean before getting in; and to use the sanitizer packets that we provide at the end of any day when the hot tub has been used. Bathrooms: The master suite provides a garden tub and separate shower, dual-vanity, and separate "water closet". The other upstairs bath provides single-sink vanity and tub-shower combo. The downstairs bath is a 1/2 bath. Guest access Only a few areas (some closet spaces, pantry, and garage) are locked off. All living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms are available. Other things to note Our house is located in a neighborhood, so guests need to adhere to courtesy neighborhood rules: namely, quiet time as of 10:00pm outdoors. Feel free to utilize the backyard, hot tub, and front porch, but keep noise/music/etc. to a minimum after 10:00pm. Note: The house is NO SMOKING / NO VAPING indoors. Smoking/vaping is OK outside provided guests cleanup ashes/cigarette butts/spent cartridges/etc. and don't leave them on the ground. We boast a very large board game collection! If you haven't played modern board games, you don't know what you're missing. We would be happy to curate a list of suggestions if you are interested. We do take pride in our collection, so we ask that our guests take special care not to damage the games/boxes or lose any pieces and return them back to the collection in the same pristine condition that you found them. The collection also includes children's games, we just ask that adults supervise use of these games and don't let younger children access the games not intended for them.
