Ideally situated near the intersection of I-4 and I-75 and about 10 miles from both the cruise port and the convention center, this convenient location makes travel simple and stress-free. Nestled on a charming farm-style property with three lakes, lush greenery, and friendly farm animals, this super clean studio is perfect for up to two guests seeking a peaceful and refreshing escape. Enjoy quiet lake views, serene surroundings, and the calming presence of nature throughout your stay. The cozy studio features a full kitchen and a full bathroom, offering a unique and relaxing living experience that feels like your own private retreat. Guest access Guests will have access to the unit located behind the garage, as well as all outdoor areas within the fenced space. Other things to note No swimming, fishing, boating, or any other water activities are allowed in the lake. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. The number of guests on the property must not exceed the number listed on the booking. Please do not feed any animals without permission. Fruit picking is not permitted. The property manager may stop by occasionally for necessary maintenance and will notify guests in advance. We use natural well water on this property. It is clean, fresh, high-quality, and rich in healthy minerals. While it is completely safe to use, guests are welcome to bring their own bottled water if they prefer.
