The space BEDROOMS This beautiful cabin features 4 bedrooms and a spacious loft, offering a total of 6 beds to comfortably accommodate your group. Each space has been thoughtfully designed to blend modern comfort with cozy mountain charm. Bedroom 1 – Located on the lower level, the primary suite features a King bed, inviting you to relax in comfort after a day of adventure. It’s steps away from the lower lounge area for convenient late-night unwinding. Bedroom 2 – A Queen bedroom on the lower level offers a cozy and peaceful retreat, perfect for restful nights surrounded by the quiet of the mountains. Bedroom 3 – On the main level, this Queen bedroom blends rustic charm with warm, modern touches. Bedroom 4 – Another Queen bedroom on the main level, the soft linens and thoughtful details that make it a relaxing space to recharge. Loft – The loft features 2 Queen beds and a lounge area, creating a perfect hangout zone for groups or families. With plenty of natural light and flexible space, it’s both functional and fun. Please note the loft is not fully enclosed- one wall is open. BATHROOMS There are 2 full bathrooms—one on each level—beautifully maintained and stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bright lighting and clean finishes make getting ready a breeze, no matter the occasion. KITCHEN & LOUNGE The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up breakfast before heading outside or a cozy dinner after a day of exploring. Enjoy stainless appliances, ample counter space, and a seamless flow into the dining and lounge areas. Gather for meals around the indoor dining table, or take your feast outside on the deck with dining area and grill—complete with beautiful mountain air and tree-lined views. Multiple lounge areas throughout the home provide plenty of space to unwind. The lower-level TV lounge is perfect for movie nights or game time, while the open-concept main level invites connection and comfort. **Please note that the wood burning fireplae is decorative only and not available for guest use** OUTDOOR SPACE Step outside to enjoy the Colorado outdoors in full comfort. Guest access You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet and wood burning fireplace (the fireplace is decorative only). Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note •We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. •This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. •Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.  •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred. •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit. •The fireplace is decorative only- it is not available for guest use •This home is on a septic system so please be sure not flush anything but toilet paper and be mindful of water useage. Because of this, we also have to adhere to the guest occupancy of no more than 8.
